The Cabernet Sauvignon brings a nice spicy touch and the Cabernet Franc some additional structure to this blend. Rouge de Carsin is a well balanced and elegant wine for every day consumption, for any time, any occasion!
90% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Souvignon
Fermented in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts. 50% of the wine matured in oak barrels (2-5 years old) and 50% fermented in stainless steel vats.
