A Rosé of Contrasts: Cherry Boldness Meets White Wine Crispness
Fruity taste of red grapes together with the freshness of a white.
The smell is very intense and it is characterized by cherry and morello cherry notes.
The morello cherry taste is very clear to the palate as well, and it is well balanced by freshness and crispness, in a very pleasant and wide taste.
To be served at a 10 – 12 °C temperature.
It is perfect as an aperitif or matched with cold cuts, appetizers, fish soups, beans or lentils soups
Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Syrah
White vinification of red grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with monitored temperature and ageing in steel.
