The ageing in French Oak tonneaux for 8 months gives Vasario a very wide and structured taste, very balanced and with a soft and persistent end. Perfectly matched with seafood with light sauces, roast or en papillote fish, white meat with light sauces.
100% White Pinot
Fermentation and ageing in French oak barrels (Allier) with a permanence on the light dregs enliven with the bâtonnage technique for 8 months.
