Aromas of wild strawberries and ripe raspberries dance on the nose of this wine, while crisp acidity leads to a fresh and fruity finish on the palate.

80% Merlot, 20% Malbec

Grapes picked quite early during harvest for maintaining natural freshness and low alcohol. Then it’s whole-bunch pressed, cooled down for about 24 hours and then the fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank. There’s a short maturation on lees for 3-4 months in the stainless steel tank before bottling in the winter.
