Produced by well exposed, sunny hillside vines, the Organic Tuscan Vermentino IGT Poggio di Canzano is a floral wine that feels full, with a well-balanced and mineral tasting, supported by a touch of savoriness. It shines with appetizers, fries, first courses based on white meat, fish and seafood.
100% Vermentino
Vinified with soft pressing and static settling. Fermented at controlled temperature of 16°c maximum. Matured in steel tanks at controlled temperature and aged in steel tanks and bottles.
