A Symphony of Black Fruit
Wine with a very intense ruby red color with violet hues. It has bold notes of blackberries fruit and plums. The taste is savory and dry. Tannins are present but well balanced. Fragrant and full-bodied. Pairs well with red meat roasts, game, aged cheese and fish dishes.
100% Alicante
Skin macerated for about 10 days with frequent pumping over. Fermented at controlled temperature of 28°c maximum and matured in steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aged in steel tanks and then bottles.
